These promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the WiZ promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Signify through Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”). By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating.

Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from Sunday, 1 March 2026, until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, 30 April 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Any orders placed, or qualifying products purchased, outside the Promotion Period shall not be eligible for participation in the Promotion.

Eligibility

For every $300 + GST spent on a single invoice, Customers will receive one entry in the draw of the prize pool.

The total prize pool includes 45 prizes:

• 25 × WiZ TV Sync Boxes with TV Backlight (valued at $200 each), and

• 20 × WiZ Gradient Floor Lights (valued at $200 each).

Five (5) winners will be drawn each week for nine (9) consecutive weeks. Offer valid while stocks last.

This offer is available instore and online at participating Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd branches and is exclusively applicable to Customers who purchase any Pierlite or Philips products during the Promotion Period.

WiZ TV Sync Box with TV Backlight

The WiZ HDMI Sync Box with TV Backlight is a smart‑lighting entertainment device that synchronises WiZ lights with the colours and brightness of on‑screen content in real time. It connects directly to HDMI media sources (e.g., streaming sticks, gaming consoles, set‑top boxes) and uses a segmented RGBIC LED strip mounted behind the TV to create immersive surround‑lighting effects. It supports HDMI 2.0, 4K at 60Hz, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision, and offers multiple preset sync modes (Cinematic, Vibrant, Relaxation, Rhythmic) with customisable brightness and saturation. It works with any WiZ colour‑capable lights over Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth and can also react to audio via a built‑in microphone.

The prize consists of one (1) WiZ HDMI Sync Box with TV Backlight, a smart‑lighting entertainment accessory designed to synchronise compatible WiZ lights with on‑screen colours and brightness for an immersive viewing experience. The device supports HDMI 2.0, 4K/60Hz, HDR10+/Dolby Vision, and includes a segmented RGBIC LED strip suitable for TVs between 55–65 inches or 75–85 inches.

The prize is supplied as‑is and is subject to the manufacturer’s standard warranty and operating requirements. The Promoter is not responsible for compatibility issues with the recipient’s existing devices, Wi‑Fi network, or home entertainment setup. Installation and setup of the device are the responsibility of the recipient. Any additional accessories, WiZ lights, or smart‑home equipment required for enhanced functionality are not included unless expressly stated.

The device requires a Wi‑Fi network, a compatible HDMI media source, and the WiZ app for configuration. Performance may vary depending on the user’s TV size, room layout, lighting conditions, and connected WiZ devices. The recipient must follow all manufacturer instructions, safety guidelines, and firmware update requirements.

The WiZ HDMI Sync Box with TV Backlight is designed to enhance entertainment lighting by analysing HDMI video signals and generating corresponding lighting effects. Actual colour accuracy, brightness, and synchronisation performance may vary depending on the connected devices, content type, and environmental conditions. The device supports HDMI 2.0 and video formats up to 4K at 60Hz with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision; compatibility with other formats or future standards is not guaranteed. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the installation, use, or misuse of the product, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. The manufacturer may update product features, firmware, or app functionality over time; such changes are outside the Promoter’s control.

WiZ Gradient Floor Lights

The WiZ Gradient Floor Light is a slim, minimalist 1.4‑metre smart floor lamp that uses RGBIC technology to display multiple colours at once, creating smooth gradient lighting effects. It supports dynamic and static light modes, music‑sync, and video‑sync when paired with a WiZ Sync Box.

The lamp is Matter‑certified, enabling control through Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Apple Home, and other Matter‑compatible platforms. Its aluminium design fits discreetly into corners while delivering immersive ambient lighting for living rooms, bedrooms, and entertainment spaces.

Each prize consists of one (1) WiZ Gradient Floor Light, an indoor smart lighting fixture featuring RGBIC gradient effects, dynamic and static lighting modes, music‑sync capability, and Matter‑enabled smart‑home integration. The lamp is designed for ambient and entertainment lighting and includes integrated LEDs.

The prize is supplied as provided by the manufacturer, subject to the manufacturer’s standard warranty. The Promoter is not responsible for compatibility with the recipient’s existing Wi‑Fi network, smart‑home ecosystem, or entertainment setup. Any additional accessories or devices required for enhanced features (e.g., WiZ Sync Box for video‑sync) are not included unless expressly stated. Installation, setup, and safe operation of the product are the responsibility of the recipient.

Requires a 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network and the WiZ app for setup and control. Music‑sync requires proximity between the user’s mobile device and the audio source. Video‑sync requires a separate WiZ HDMI Sync Box (not included). Performance may vary depending on room layout, lighting conditions, and connected smart‑home devices. The recipient must follow all manufacturer instructions, safety guidelines, and firmware update requirements.

The WiZ Gradient Floor Light produces gradient lighting using RGBIC technology; actual colour transitions, brightness, and responsiveness may vary based on content, environment, and user settings. Music‑sync and video‑sync features require compatible devices and may be affected by ambient noise, device placement, or network conditions. The lamp is intended for indoor use only and must be operated within the voltage and safety specifications provided by the manufacturer. The Promoter is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from installation, misuse, or modification of the product, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Product features, app functionality, and firmware may be updated by the manufacturer over time; such changes are outside the Promoter’s control.

General Terms

All prizes offered under this Promotion are non‑transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Signify offers, promotions, or discounts relating to the same products offered by Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of such amendment, suspension, or termination, all eligible orders placed prior to the effective date will be honoured.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Customer and to withhold or refuse the provision of any reward where fraudulent, misleading, or non‑compliant activity is suspected.

The prizes will be awarded to the account holders listed on the qualifying invoice. Five winners will be drawn weekly, and prizes will alternate each week:

• 1 x Auckland/Northland (Whangārei, Warkworth, Albany, Penrose, Drury, Mt Eden, East Tāmaki).

• 1 x Waikato / Bay of Plenty (Te Rapa, Hamilton, Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Te Kuiti).

• 1 x Bay of Plenty (Tauranga, Tauriko, Mt Maunganui, Rotorua, Taupō).

• 1 x Lower North Island (New Plymouth, Hastings, Palmerston North, Petone).

• 1 x South Island (Nelson, Blenheim, Christchurch, Hornby, Papanui).
