These promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Canopy Camping Escapes Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Signify, Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd, and Telfers Electrical (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”). By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the promotion.

Promotion Period

The promotion is valid from Thursday, 1 October 2026 until 11:59pm, Monday 30 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion.

Eligibility

This offer is available at participating Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Telfers Electrical branches for customers who spend $300.00 + GST or more on Pierlite and Philips products in one transaction during the promotional period.

Customers who return products purchased during the promotion period may not be eligible to receive any associated rewards. Rewards are conditional on the final purchase of products and will be forfeited if the products are returned.

General Terms

The Canopy Camping Escapes vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of Canopy Camping Escapes and must be redeemed in accordance with those terms. Recipients are responsible for any costs, expenses, taxes, levies, fees, surcharges, travel, accommodation upgrades, incidentals, or other charges incurred in excess of the voucher value. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular accommodation, property, location, date, or booking preference, and accepts no responsibility if a recipient’s preferred accommodation or travel dates are unavailable.

The Thule Aion Duffel Bag prize is supplied by a third party. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties regarding the bag and accept no liability for any loss, damage, defect, malfunction, injury, or disappointment arising from its use or possession.

All rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other consideration. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a reward becomes unavailable for any reason.

Recipients are solely responsible for determining and meeting any personal tax obligations that may arise as a result of accepting a prize. We recommend recipients seek independent tax advice if required.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, damage, cost, injury, or expense suffered or incurred by any entrant or reward recipient in connection with this promotion or the acceptance, redemption, or use of any reward.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. All eligible orders placed before the modification or termination date will still be honoured in case of any such modification or termination.

We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of customers and to refuse the provision of the reward if any fraudulent activity is suspected.

Recipients are intended to be drawn and notified by Friday, 18 December 2026, subject to any unforeseen circumstances or reasonable delays. Recipients will be drawn at random at the end of the promotional period and notified using the contact details provided. Our decision is final.

Privacy

By participating in the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided to us may be used across company websites; social media platforms; electronic newsletters; internal communications; and media releases.

You acknowledge that no compensation will be payable for such use; any images may be edited, resized, cropped, or adapted for promotional purposes.

Permission is granted indefinitely unless otherwise restricted by law.
