These promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Bollé Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by NHP and Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”). Promotion Period

The promotion is valid from Friday, 1 May 2026 until 11:59pm, Sunday 31 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion.

Eligibility

This offer is available in store only at participating Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd branches for customers who spend $150.00 + GST or more on a single invoice on ISO products during the promotional period. Rewards are conditional on the final purchase of products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and NHP disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from the use, misuse, or improper selection of Bollé safety glasses.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for their intended application and is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable safety standards. Any issues or defects should be directed to the manufacturer under their standard warranty terms.

The gift is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or credit, and may be subject to tax obligations, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

General Terms

The reward is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other NHP offers, promotions, or discounts offered by Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. All eligible orders placed before the modification or termination date will still be honoured in case of any such modification or termination.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of customers and to refuse the provision of the reward if any fraudulent activity is suspected.
