These promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Up The Wahs managed marketing promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Firstflex through Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”). By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating.

Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from Friday, 1 May 2026, until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 30 June 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Any orders placed, or qualifying products purchased, outside the Promotion Period shall not be eligible for participation in the Promotion.

Eligibility

Customers who spend $500.00 + GST or more on Firstflex products on a single invoice will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw. All eligible entries will go into the draw to win one of five (5) sets of double tickets to attend the Warriors v Panthers game and participate in associated hospitality.

The top 10 customers who record the highest total expenditure on Firstflex products with Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd during the promotion period will automatically qualify for the reward. Each qualifying customer will receive two (2) tickets to attend the game and participate in associated hospitality.

An additional 20 discretionary tickets will be available for allocation at the discretion of Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Firstflex. These tickets provide access to the game and associated hospitality.

This offer is available instore and online at participating Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd branches and applies exclusively to customers purchasing Firstflex products during the Promotion Period.

Disclaimer

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Firstflex will not be liable in the event the game is cancelled, rescheduled, or otherwise disrupted, nor for any flight delays, cancellations, or travel issues affecting winners travelling to Auckland (where applicable).

As responsible hosts, Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Firstflex will provide food and beverages prior to the game. Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Firstflex accept no responsibility for any allergic reactions, illness, or adverse effects arising from the consumption of food or beverages provided as part of the hospitality experience. Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Firstflex are not responsible for the behaviour, safety, or transportation of intoxicated guests.

If any guest is deemed to be intoxicated or behaving inappropriately, Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Firstflex reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to remove the guest from the venue or deny further participation in the hospitality experience.

General Terms

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Firstflex offers, promotions, or discounts relating to the same products offered by Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of such amendment, suspension, or termination, all eligible orders placed prior to the effective date will be honoured.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Customer and to withhold or refuse the provision of any reward where fraudulent, misleading, or non‑compliant activity is suspected.

The prizes will be awarded to the account holders listed on the qualifying invoice.

Tickets are non‑transferable and cannot be awarded to another person without prior communication and approval from Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Firstflex.

Food and beverages will be provided during the pre-game hospitality only. Additional beverages may be provided at the discretion of the hosts.

Winners are responsible for arranging and covering their own transport to and from the event. For winners located in the South Island or Lower North Island who qualify as part of the top 10 spend category, the cost of return travel and one (1) night of accommodation for two guests only will be covered.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Firstflex accept no responsibility for any additional transportation costs incurred by participants.
