These Promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Gear Up managed marketing Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Evolve Lighting through Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”). By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating.

Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from Friday, 1 May 2026, until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 30 June 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Any orders placed, or qualifying products purchased, outside the Promotion Period shall not be eligible for participation in the Promotion.

Eligibility

This offer is available instore at participating Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd branches and applies exclusively to customers purchasing Evolve Lighting products during the Promotion Period.

Customers who purchase any Evolve Lighting products during the Promotional period will receive one (1) entry into the draw. Each participating Active branch will award one (1) prize, consisting of a YETI LoadOut® GoBox 30 Gear Case and a $200 Hunting & Fishing® gift card.

Customers who spend $350.00 + GST or more on any Evolve Lighting products on a single invoice will receive a Hunters Element beanie. Maximum five (5) beanies per customer. While stocks last.

All prizes are supplied as-is, and manufacturer warranties apply where stated. Winners are responsible for any New Zealand taxes or duties associated with prizes, including gift cards. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Any issues or concerns with prizes must be directed to the manufacturer (for physical products) or the issuer (for gift cards), as neither Active nor Evolve Lighting can assist with warranty or manufacturer issues. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.

General Terms

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Evolve Lighting offers, Promotions, or discounts relating to the same products offered by Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of such amendment, suspension, or termination, all eligible orders placed prior to the effective date will be honoured.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Customer and to withhold or refuse the provision of any reward where fraudulent, misleading, or non‑compliant activity is suspected.

The prizes will be awarded to the account holders listed on the qualifying invoice. Prizes awarded in this Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted with other products, or used to offset any outstanding account balances or debts with Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd or Evolve Lighting.

Winners of the YETI LoadOut® GoBox 30 and $200 Hunting & Fishing® gift card will be drawn at participating branches by or before Monday, 6 July 2026. Winners will be required to collect their prizes from their local participating Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd. branch.
