These promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Rise & Shine managed marketing promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Clevertronics through Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”). By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating.
Promotion Period
The Promotion is valid from Wednesday, 1 April 2026, until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, 31 May 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Any orders placed, or qualifying products purchased, outside the Promotion Period shall not be eligible for participation in the Promotion.
Eligibility
Spend $250.00 + GST or more on a single invoice of Clevertronics Trade Series products and receive a bonus headlamp. Offer valid while stocks last. A maximum of five (5) headlamps may be claimed per qualifying customer.
At the end of the promotion, two (2) qualifying customers will be randomly drawn, with each winner receiving one (1) Breville Express Impress Coffee Machine valued at $1,249.
This offer is available instore and online at participating Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd branches and applies exclusively to customers purchasing Clevertronics Trade Series products during the Promotion Period.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of such amendment, suspension, or termination, all eligible orders placed prior to the effective date will be honoured.
Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Customer and to withhold or refuse the provision of any reward where fraudulent, misleading, or non‑compliant activity is suspected.
The prizes will be awarded to the account holders listed on the qualifying invoice.
The Breville Express Impress Coffee Machine winners will be drawn on Friday, 6 June 2026 and winner announced on our LinkedIn page.
