As we get well into the new financial year, I want to encourage everyone to stay focused on operational excellence and to keep delivering the local service our customers value—backed by your experience, commitment, and consistency.

Earlier this month, we brought all branch managers together for a short but valuable conference to share key business updates. It was great having everyone in one room, alongside some of our Telfers branch managers, to exchange ideas and discuss where we’re heading. We’ve got several initiatives underway to support our wider network, and as a reminder, from July 2026 all marketing will be managed through TED across Active and Telfers.
